[robocup-humanoid] Referee Training Videos

Hi,

I don't think this was posted before.

Our friends from Botsport were nice enough to make some referee training
videos for RoboCup humanoid league. I hope to extend this in the future to
include segments from real games.

All referees and potential referees should watch the videos before RoboCup.

This is how we made the rules videos architecture.
12 Videos describing the RoboCup robot soccer rules like this:

 1. Introduction:
     +  Welcome
     +  Forbidden Colors (clothe and around the field)
     +  Good Colors
 2. 1 Hour before the match:
     +  Introduce yourself to the teams
     +  Make each team validate opponent robot
     +  Make team choose their color (Cyan/Magenta) and starting side
        (Yellow/Blue goals)
 3. 15 Min before the match:
     +  Clear field
     +  Determine which team Kicks off 1st (use a coin if needed)
 4. Before the Kickoff:
     +  When a kickoff happens?
     +  Autonomously or manually positioning
     +  Where to place them?
 5. Kickoff procedures
 6. Kickoff faults:
     +  Attacking team fault
     +  Defending team fault
     +  How to proceed in case of a kickoff fault?
 7. Ball kicked out of bounds:
     +  Placement of the ball if kicked out from the attacking team
     +  Placement of the ball if kicked out from the defending team
     +  Placement of the ball if kicked out from unknown team

        close from the goal line
     +  Placement of the ball if kicked out of the goal line from the
        attacking team
