Dear Chung-Hsien Kuo (chkuo at mail.ntust.edu.tw),

 

After review of all qualification materials for the Humanoid AdultSize League in RoboCup 2013, Eindhoven, the Humanoid League Technical Committee has reached a decision in relation to the qualification process.

 

It is our pleasure to let you know that HuroEvolution AD has been selected as one of the fully qualified teams for participation in the soccer games. We congratulate you and look forward to having your team compete in Eindhoven 2013.

 

We request that, as all other qualified teams, you confirm your participation in the competition as soon as possible but no later than March 22nd. Also if there are any special circumstances that will prevent you from participating you should make every possible effort to let us know before this same deadline. Cancellations after this date or no-shows will not be considered favorably and may be used as a selection criterion for future qualification processes in the Humanoid League. 

 

Please send your confirmation response from the e-mail account of the team leader and direct it to robocup-humanoid at cc.gatech.edu and p.w.m.v.zutven at tue.nl with the following text in the subject line:

 

RoboCup 2013 Eindhoven: AdultSize -- HuroEvolution AD confirmation

 

and indicate clearly in the body of the message whether the team will participate in the competition, together with an expected date for you to complete the team-registration process.

 

You will soon be contacted again with detailed instructions for the registration procedure. In the meantime, please bear in mind that this letter cannot be used for visa purposes since none of the team members can be officially considered a participant of the event before their member-registration process has been completed.
