[robocup-humanoid] RoboCup 2012 KidSize : RoboPatriots confirmation

We would like to thank the Technical Committee for selecting the 
RoboPatriots to participate in the KidSize league at RoboCup 2012.   We 
confirm that we will participate in Mexico City, and anticipate 
completing our registration during the early registration period.
