[robocup-humanoid] Naomi's measures

Dear all,

We have measured Naomi, a three year old girl and daughter of one of the
team leaders. Her measures can serve as a guideline for our rules in the
future:

Naomi's height: 95cm
height, when the arm is stretched over the head: 110cm
arms stretched sideward: 90cm
lengths of the legs: 50cm
height of the knees: 25cm
height of COM: H_com=55cm
distance between shoulders: 24cm
height of the head (from the shoulder): 23cm
arm length: 25cm
distance between the eyes: 6cm
size of one shoe (enclosing rectangle): S=15cm x 6.8cm = 102cm^2

H^2/S=95^2/102=88
This would give a target footsize limit of H^2/88 for 2050 or earlier.
