Dear Teams Interested in Participation in the Humanoid League 2009,

The deadline for online submission of the qualification material is
extended by one week to

		*** February 13, 2009. ***

This deadline is firm and can not be extended any further!
The announcement of qualified teams is now planned for February 28, 2009.

There have been several requests to the Humanoid League's
Technical and Organizational Committee, especially from
new teams, to extend the deadline for application.

TC and OC members have discussed the issue and tried to
find a solution.
Because there is a strict overall schedule for the completion
of the qualification process, the application for visa and housing
it is not possible to extend the deadline any further
than the announced date.

It should also be noted the deadline for application
and procedure has been announced in early December 2008
and is about the same as in previous years.

The TC strongly recommends to interested teams in trouble with the
deadline to submit all material that is available in time
so that the TC can evaluate all submissions well.

With best regards,
Oskar von Stryk
(On behalf of HL TC and OC)
