[robocup-humanoid] rules for 2009?

Hi Thomas and Sven,

As already mentioned by Thomas the six throw-in marks are 
neither available in a real soccer field not in an other
comparable RoboCup real robot soccer league's field.

It has already been discussed in the past, e.g. at the respective team 
leader meeting in Suzhou, that the field layout will sucessively
be transformed to the layout of a real soccer field. 
This means that also
- the two landmark poles and
- the colored backwalls of the goals
will be removed in recent years.

For 2009 it is suggested to keep the poles and some reduced colored 
backwalls of the goals but to remove the artificial restart markers 
as incremental steps for this year.
