Hi,

the only sensible interpretation for any of the height measurements is in
walking configuration and posture. Otherwise I can build an arbitrary
configuration using telescope legs and arms and get any height that I want.

Therefore, we have used "walking posture" for measurements since 2002. This
was certainly the instructions that I gave the people doing the
measurements.
