[robocup-humanoid] [robocup-legged] WG: [robocup-exec] Urgent Announcement

Hello,
FYI.  After receiving the first email, we canceled our plane tickets which
are non-refundable and non-transferable because that seemed to be the
message the president of RoboCup gave to us.  The second follow-up message
was too late for us unfortunately.  We look forward to further clarification
that will be given after this weekend.
