[robocup-humanoid] referee / game controller software

Dear Humanoid League Teams,

During RoboCup 2007 several teams had expressed interest
in the game controller software used by the Darmstadt Dribblers.

We are glad to announce that a short description and the software 
is now available for download (thanks to Sebastian Petters) at
 	http://www.dribblers.de/gc/

Please feel free to use it and to incorporate it in your software.
We hope it may be useful for some of you.
