Dear Qing Tang,

It specifies the minimum distance between the surface
of the obstacle cylinders.
Typically, the referees will use a rod of this length
hold between the obstacle cylsinder
to guarantee the minimum distance between them each setup.

With best regards,

What does the distance specify? The distance between the centers of the cylinders, or the distance between the edge of the cylinders? Thanks very much.

Qing Tang
