Dear Teams who are preparing the camera-ready TDPs,
I got this mail from Fernando Ribeiro. I would interpret this mail in 
that way that also for the TDPs each team has to send a copyright 
transmission form asap to Fernando.

The copyright form is available under
http://www.springer.com/cda/content/document/cda_downloaddocument/copyrigh.pdf
and send the filled-out form via normal mail to Fernando.
