Hi Nikhil and Abhinav,
I am pretty sure that everyone that works on mlpack does it in their
free time. The overhead of listing known issues on Github, checking
PRs, testing patches, and so forth is enormous. So while we add them as
we can and check PRs as we can, it's very difficult to be able to answer
everything in a timely manner.
I'd suggest that you use and explore the library, and see if you can
find any shortcomings, and then you could submit patches for that if
that is what you wanted to do.
Personally I am not able to devote much time at all (other than this
quick reply and other short messages in IRC, etc.) because I am
traveling this week.
Thanks,
Ryan
