Hello Abhinav,

we are working on a proper tutorial, right now your best choice is to take a
look at the tests:

src/mlpack/tests/feedforward_network_test.cpp
src/mlpack/tests/convolutional_network_test.cpp
src/mlpack/tests/recurrent_network_test.cpp
src/mlpack/tests/activation_functions_test.cpp
