Ack, sorry for the slow reply on this.

We don't actually have a list of places where mlpack is used.  Based on
the bug reports I see, emails I get, and citations to the mlpack paper,
it's used at universities around the world, but I can't speak for
companies that use it.  It's being used internally at Symantec now, and
I think Sumedh said sometime back it's being used at eBay too (if I
remember right); maybe you know more since you are at eBay also? :)

I'm sure there are other companies using mlpack too, but for the most
part, when I ask people for feedback, they say they had no issues and
the documentation is great, so we probably end up not hearing from a lot
of groups that are using mlpack.

If we wanted to compile a list I'd happily add it to the mlpack website,
but I don't have enough information at the moment.
