[mlpack] Google Summer of Code 2013

Hello,

I am a 2nd year college student studying math major and cs minor at
princeton. I recently took a class on big data and I am interested in
learning more about modern statistics and I came across the GSoC proposed
project called "Python bindings and R bindings for mlpack."

The skills that I have that I think would be relevant are C/C++, ML, R, and
Python and I am hoping this project would be a good fit for me. Could I
have more details about this project?
