<p>I looked through <code>boost::variant</code>, but I dunno if the visitor policy would help since we would still have to write an <code>operator()</code> for each possible <code>TreeType</code>.  Maybe I have misunderstood?  I like the idea of <code>boost::variant</code> though. :)</p>
