<p>Fixed in <a href="https://github.com/mlpack/mlpack/commit/be7a480f74fe2c9de3b4a476776e56f24b0d131c" class="commit-link"><tt>be7a480</tt></a>; time is reduced from about 10-15m to 30-50s.  It could be made faster, but we can revisit that later if need be.</p>
