[mlpack-git] [mlpack/mlpack] unable to compile a sample program of covariance calculation (#781)

[dhanpal singh]

i have saved the following data to data.csv -
0,1
3,1
5,3
but it is not giving any output-
 g++ a.cpp -o test -O3 -std=c++11 -larmadillo -lmlpack
dhanpal at dhanpal-HP-Pavilion-15-Notebook-PC:~$ ./test
dhanpal at dhanpal-HP-Pavilion-15-Notebook-PC:~$
