[mlpack-git] [mlpack/mlpack] unable to compile a sample program of covariance calculation (#781)

thank you i have successfully compiled the program but unable to run it is showing following error-
  g++ a.cpp -o test -O3 -std=c++11 -larmadillo -lmlpack 
dhanpal at dhanpal-HP-Pavilion-15-Notebook-PC:~$ ./test
[FATAL] Cannot open file 'data.csv'. 

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
  what():  fatal error; see Log::Fatal output
Aborted (core dumped)
