[mlpack-git] [mlpack/mlpack] Deprecated arma function replaced by new arma constant (#648)

Looks good to me, and `arma::Datum<eT>` is available in the minimum version of Armadillo 4.100.0, so no issues there. Once Travis builds successfully I'll merge it in.

I really appreciate the fixes like this; if you find any more cases where we are using deprecated Armadillo functionality I would be more than happy to update it. Thanks!

If you'd like to add your name/email to the list of contributors in `src/mlpack/core.hpp` and `COPYRIGHT.txt`, please feel free (or let me know and I'll do it, no problem).
