[mlpack-git] [mlpack/mlpack] Bugfix #350 and some fixes in RStarTreeSplit and XTreeSplit (#556)

I fixed the issues discussed above. But I am not sure of `SplitType::SplitType(const TreeType *node)` and `SplitType::SplitType(const TreeType *node,const TreeType *parent)`. Maybe these constructors should be merged into one.
