I understand the fix and I think I understand the problem, but I don't know why it is that the cosines are differently calculated in the test and in the `CosineTree` class.  Both are using `arma::norm_dot()`.  Have I overlooked something?

I'm very excited about this fix and I think that your patch here is the right way to fix it, I just want to make sure I understand it.
