[mlpack-git] [mlpack] How to debug NaN log-likelihoods HMM ? (#570)

Hi, 

I'm having some issues with HMM. I'm training several HMM each on one word with several images per HMM. However, some of them returns NaN as a log likelihood. 

I tried looking at the stateProb matrix from Estimate but it is filled with NaN values too. 

There is nothing else in the output. I can try ```ARMA_EXTRA_DEBUG```, but the last time I tried it was so bloated I couldn't see anything of value.
