Hi there Vinayak,

The `data::CreateNVP()` function is used in place of `BOOST_SERIALIZATION_NVP()`; see here:
https://github.com/mlpack/mlpack/blob/master/src/mlpack/core/data/serialization_shim.hpp#L64
