[mlpack-git] [mlpack/mlpack] Rename mlpack_allknn/mlpack_allkfn to mlpack_knn/mlpack_kfn (#618)

I use Ubuntu 14.04 and mlpack 2.0.1(the last release) . I built and installed all modules as per the building instructions. I just realized that this refactoring is just added, hence this would be my honest mistake, I am sorry :)
