I think I fixed all issues discussed above except Uhlmann's paper (Do you mean "Implementing Metric Trees to Satisfy General Proximity/Similarity Queries"?).

I like the idea with a zero-radius child. I'll try to implement that. In this case I am not sure that we need the `TreeTraits:FirstPointIsCentroid()` method since the zero-radius child is the only node that has this property.
