Hi @StatML, it might not be the same issue.  Can you open another issue and we can continue the discussion there?  What directory have you specified for `ARMADILLO_INCLUDE_DIR` during CMake configuration (if any)?  If you built Armadillo locally, make sure you use the `tmp/include/` directory inside your Armadillo directory, not just the `include/` directory, which will have an unconfigured config.hpp.
