[mlpack-git] [mlpack] ARMADILLO_INCLUDE_DIR-NOTFOUND/armadillo_bits/config.hpp not found (#511)

Can you provide the `armadillo_bits/config.hpp` in the `include/` directory you installed Armadillo to, and also the output of `ldd /path/to/libarmadillo.so` and if you have it, the CMake output from when you configured Armadillo (or at least the CMakeCache.txt)?  Thanks!
