I agree, an mlpack nuget package would be great. I think once masterblaster is stable, and we have some kind of a windows machine, we can do that. We could create a nuget package for every release and probably even provide nightly builds.

There is an nuget armadillo package (https://www.nuget.org/packages/Armadillo/), but it doesn't use OpenBlas which would be at least in my opinion the better option.
