[mlpack-git] [mlpack/mlpack] BUG: Misplaced parenthesis in comparison of absolute values (#628)

What warning flags did you need to use to get this to display?  By default mlpack compiles with `-Wall` and `-Wextra` so I am surprised that hasn't been seen before now.
