[mlpack-git] [mlpack/mlpack] mlpack KMeans class much slower than armadillo kmeans() (#514)

I may be wrong, but from the code in the first post it appears as if mlpack also provides the assignments while armadillo does not. Could this not be a reason for some performance loss?
