[mlpack-git] [mlpack] Create a function to visualize the features learned by sparse autoencoder (#465)

Still lack a meaningful unit test, up until now I only compare the results with the one shown at this website(http://deeplearning.stanford.edu/wiki/index.php/Visualizing_a_Trained_Autoencoder).
