No, there is no version of boost in <code>/usr/local/include/</code>. I added the boost path option after seeing the linking errors to see if it solves the problem, but it did not.The version of boost in opt is the same as cmake has found <code>#define BOOST_VERSION 105800</code>. 

Note that clang compiles mlpack just fine. I will recompile with clang to see if it uses the same libraries.
