This is the script used to generate Windows installer.

Right now you can download x64 installer for mlpack 1.0.12 from https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/81699687/mlpack-setup-x86_64-1_0_12.exe
You can merge this Pull Request by running:

  git pull https://github.com/thirdwing/mlpack master
