[mlpack-git] [mlpack] Refactor bound classes (DHRectBound and DHRectPeriodicBound and similar) to allow arbitrary metrics (#104)

The linked comment is a bad import from Trac, and DHRectPeriodicBound is now gone and DHrectBound is now called HRectBound (in src/mlpack/core/tree/hrectbound.hpp).  I believe I have a patch from Yash to fix this, so I'll assign myself...
