[mlpack-git] [mlpack] Updated path of install in Readme (#399)

According to the CMake documentation, CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX "defaults to /usr/local on UNIX and c:/Program Files on Windows."  (source: http://www.cmake.org/cmake/help/v3.0/variable/CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX.html#variable:CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX, and the same applies for CMake 2.8 also.)

So this is correct, and I'll change other references accordingly too.
