[mlpack-git] [mlpack] shared object file issue after make install (#398)

After doing a 

$ make install

I got this error

$error while loading shared libraries: libmlpack.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

So, I added the following change to the README file to make the README more helpful to noobs like me.
