[mlpack-git] [mlpack] Tree support for instantiated metrics is not standardized (#264)

This is done for the `CoverTree`, but `BinarySpaceTree` and `RectangleTree` only work with `LMetric`, so having an instantiated metric given to the constructor isn't really possible or necessary.
