 ./methods/kmeans/kmeans_impl_openmp.hpp does not exist in revision 16580.

 Apart from the files mentioned in the ticket, these files also needed to
 be changed:

 src/mlpack/methods/naive_bayes/nbc_main.cpp
 src/mlpack/methods/hmm/hmm_generate_main.cpp
