#329: Adapt dual-tree algorithms to use TraversalInfo objects

 The NeighborSearch class has been done.  But the other classes fail the
 tests now.  Still to be done:

 * DTBRules
 * FastMKSRules
 * RangeSearchRules
 * RASearchRules (not sure if this is necessary; the child-parent prunes
 may not be implemented)

 I'll take care of this; this is just a note to myself so I can document
 what I'm doing.
