 Hello there,

 Thanks for reporting this bug.  It only arises in the corner case where
 the distance between all points is 0.  I have fixed it in trunk (r15251),
 and also attached a patch to this ticket you can use.  So when mlpack
 1.0.7 is released, the issue will be fixed in the stable releases.
