 I think the issue probably was I configured the cmake with clang, but run
 the make with gcc...

 Yeah, maintaining the abstract interface will be a hassle for sure. Thanks
 for the reference. I'll probably just write some utils to convert between
 alglib and Armadillo. For small size experiments, it should be ok, it
 might be a issue for me when reconstructing the matrix becomes very
 expensive with a dense graph with millions of nodes (i'm doing network
 analysis:) ).
