 There's not a test for `KMeans::FastCluster()` (the Pelleg-Moore algorithm
 for fast k-means using trees).  It shouldn't be too hard to write one, but
 it needs to be done sooner or later.

 James, I cc'ed you in case you have any advice on this (i.e. if the
 algorithm actually doesn't work and needs help, or similar).
