 Right have found the iconv library and for the moment added the include /
 libs into the same directory as libxml. I would guess that you need to add
 this dependency into the list of requirements / add it into Cmake config.

 Now the only thing I am left with is linker errors to do with BLAS /
 LAPACK. I have downloaded the lib / dll from

 http://icl.cs.utk.edu/lapack-for-windows/lapack/#libraries

 but not sure where to put them / what extra configuration VS2010 is
 require to make them work (or if it would be better for CMAKE
 configuration files to be setup to handle this)
