 Okay.  I've done a lot of work with the CMake configuration over the past
 day or two.  If you check out trunk/ from SVN, can you tell me if you have
 better luck with it?  I have it building but not working -- at least
 partially because I have Armadillo compiled without LAPACK support, but
 for half the MLPACK stuff to work, it needs Armadillo with LAPACK support.
 I'll work on that in the next day or two, but I'm hoping the changes I've
 made will help you out.  Let me know.
