 I have just got access to a different machine (windows 7 32-bit) and
 attempted to build mlpack. I have managed to repeat this problem i.e
 vs2010 compiler crash when attempting to compile the
 linear_regression.cpp, but a successful build when I switch to intel c++
 compiler.
