 I've finally just now gotten around to doing this.  Most of the CSS is
 complete, but maybe there are still a couple things left undone.  Things
 look very different now.  Fonts are from Google Fonts.

 What's left to do is to (1) clean up any CSS loose ends, of which there
 are now few and (2) optimize the CSS; the entire stylesheet doesn't need
 to be loaded for every single page, and, I am sure there is some
 redundancy in it.
