 Any old person shouldn't find this (potentially) ugly and confusing Trac
 page.  We should make a very simple portal to a couple things, like how to
 download / how to install, documentation / tutorials, what we are about /
 who we are, and then a link to Trac.

 I'm working on this; if you set your /etc/hosts to have mlpack.org point
 to 128.61.149.136, you can see what I have in mind (it needs commentary,
 but it is a WIP).
