Good morning girls! The Grace Hopper hosted Scholarships are due THIS coming Friday, May 21, and I really encourage you to apply! Not only can you build your networks with lots of corporate companies and other attendees, learn about the experiences and findings of big names in both CS and CM, and possibly interview for internships, co-ops, and/or other job positions, but it's a lot of fun! I've participated in the Grace Hopper conference three years in a row now and I wouldn't have traded in those experiences for anything. Strong, big-name women in computing is just something that is rare in our field and to hear what they have to say is truly inspirational.
