I'm going to have a Volunteer table either inside or outside the tent where I will have the volunteers' t-shirts, name tags and the spread sheet. When they check in with me I will tell them what to do. If they are dealers then I am not sure who is in charge of the training session. I think that most of us are bringing people we know to volunteer so they already know about it from us. I'm not sure about grad and TA volunteers, if there are any. I think that Maureen asked them to contact Vanessa if they are available.
